The Bountiful Neighborhood Emergency Preparedness Council (BNEPC) is a volunteer council working with Bountiful City. This page explains what we collect through BountifulPrep.org and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you sign up for updates, the sign-up form (a Google Form) asks for your name and email address. It also asks for a cell phone number and carrier, but only if you want text messages in a widespread emergency.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information only to send you emergency preparedness news and, if you asked for them, emergency text messages. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the council.
Your sign-up is kept in the council’s Google account. A small tool in that account prepares our update emails. A council volunteer reviews every email before it is sent.
Stopping updates
Reply “unsubscribe” to any update email, or write to eprep@bountiful.gov, and we will take you off the list.
