District leaders are the LDS Stake Presidents in Bountiful City. The 12 emergency districts in Bountiful are organized along the 12 LDS stake boundaries for convenience purposes, but all individuals living in that geographic range are included regardless of faith. These district leaders call on other individuals in the area to assist them in their duty of serving as the main communication point between the Emergency Operations Center and their district. District leaders also encourage emergency readiness among their neighbors. To learn more about how Bountiful City volunteer emergency response is organized, click here.
If you are a district leader, please attend district leader trainings or talk with your council liaison! Your council liaison can let you know when and where these are. For a list of the council members and to find your liaison, click here.
